Please also be aware that the credit repair techniques on this site will not work every time or for everyone. I can’t possibly guarantee the effectiveness of the methods I describe, but what I can tell you is that I know of many people who have enjoyed success with them.
Another sticky issue is the interpretation of the credit laws that are leveraged during credit repair. I know of many credit repair “veterans” who disagree with each other in the way they interpret certain aspects of the laws. And the information on this site is, of course, based upon my interpretation of the laws….which a judge may or may not agree with if you ever find yourself battling a credit bureau, creditor, or collector in court!
Lastly, please do not make false statements during your credit report disputes! There may be legal consequences for doing so.
