The staff gave us their #. Then we get a phone call from my sister in law stating that a Mark Warning called looking for my son. She told them that if she sees him she will give him the message but has not seen him in awhile. Sounds like this person is going to be calling our whole family trying to reach our son. I know what this might be about it could be a credit card debt that he tried to pay back to the bank but they said that it was purchased from West Asset Management and they could not take the money from him. My son sent them a cease and desist letter. So now we think that they sold it to URS. They are actually embarassing my son by calling our relatives (with the same last name) because they are curious as to why these people just don't call my son directly and wonder why this person is anxious to speak to my son. My son has also been out of work for a year and has no assets. What do we do? How do we stop them from calling our family members and bothering them and if they are Junk Debt Buyers do they have the right to try to collect the debt ($585.00) since my son did not sign an agreement with them his only agreement is with the bank Thank you A person from URS called my husbands office looking for our son.
